Exploratory study of temporary agency workers' career self-management
This dataset was used in paper "Seeking stability in unstable employment: An exploratory study of temporary agency workers’ career self-management" published in Journal of Vocational Behavior (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jvb.2023.103877). It contains 27 subjects from workers who work as agency temps. The data consists of interview recordings and transcripts. The data was collected between 24th April 2020 and 10th October 2021 years. The dataset contains sensitive data and cannot be shared for re-use.
